Required Documentation for Registration:
To ensure a smooth transition, please be prepared to upload digital copies of the following documents:
*   **Child’s Birth Certificate:** Official documentation confirming date of birth.
*   **Immunization Records:** Current and up-to-date proof of all required vaccinations.
*   **Residential Verification:**  Acceptable documents include:
    *   Lease agreement or mortgage statement.
    *   Utility bills (DWP or Gas bill).
    *   Financial documents (bank statement or paycheck stub.

Once you have successfully submitted your pre-registration online, our school administration will receive an automated notification. Our office staff will then reach out to you directly via email or phone to provide specific instructions and guide you through the remainder of the enrollment process.
